Responsible for field testing of new technologies, Iron Engineers have a great motivation to get a design right before introducing it to the field; stock options are great, and profit sharing is fine, but when you are depending on a weapon to keep you alive in a firefight, you design it right, the first time. I think that having some sort of engineer is critical to the concept of an arms dealer like MARS. I wonder why they never introduced the concept... |
