| Head: Frostbite V1 Body: Footloose V1 Left Lower Arm: Bazooka Right Lower Arm: Xamot (I think) Ok, maybe not a life like beard, but I couldn't understand why the 3 3/4 G.I. Joe that they released didn't have a beard. I didn't want a Joe Colton without a beard. So I made one. The Beret is hand carved out of the silly hat on Forstbite's melon. I loved the look on his face, it was the grin of a true "man of action". This was also my first lower arm transplant. I actually had to cut the arm joint to get the lower arms (with broken thumbs) out, and replace them with other lower arms. I removed the good lower arms from perfectly good arm sockets with silly shoulder bits. I used a hammer and a razor blade. Don't try that one at home, kids. The result? They stay in pretty good, but old Joe won't be played with by the kids again... |
