| Head: Cobra Comander (one of 12 versions) Torso, Arms, Waist, Legs: Serpentor I got a Mc Farline Spawn Angel figure that came with a bunch of accessories for $2, and thought that I'd make up a truly regal looking Cobra Commander with the truly useless to this point Cobra Commander head and Serpentor body that were sitting at the bottom of my bag of custom fodder. Then tragedy struck. The internal bolt casing collapsed, and I had to glue the figure together. The glue ran, and fixed the arms into place. When I tried to move the arms they broke off. To make matters worse, I accidently glued one of the legs together so one of the leg joints doesn't move either. Holding the torso together with the vise also put a large crack in the torso. This may have been the worst series of screwups I've ever made on a custom. So, in trying to make a McFarline looking toy, I made a figure with McFarline articulation. However, At least I have a pretty Cobra Commander statue to pose in front on the troops. |
