This TLC site allows you to view thematic units, lesson plans, and find other great ideas useful in teaching about animals. The site is aimed more at a younger elementary aged student.

This site has a lot of biology lessons and ideas. Intended for middle or high school students.

This TLC site gives you ideas for lesson plans on magnets and electricity.

What is sound? Students can learn about what sound is and where it comes from. Activities and lesson plan ideas are all here at this site. This site also has links to many other lesson plan ideas on many other science topics for all different ages. This is a GREAT site to check out.

This site links you to lesson plan ideas for teaching about winter to very early childhood students. This site also has links to many other themes you can teach in the early childhood classroom.

A great link for teachers and educators looking for Science lessons of any nature. Appears to be better suited for the middle school classroom or higher.

An AWESOME web site full of lesson plans about matter, mechanics, fluids, electricity and magnetism, waves, sound, and optics, that are great for teachers. Appropriate for all age students.

This is a great site all about geologic events with lesson plans, teaching activities, and diagrams. Great for most ages ranges.

This web site offers twenty different lessons and may be used in cross-curriculum in addressing health topics using insects in the classroom. Most appropriate for younger students.

Lesson plans in space science, sun and earth, solar system and other topics arranged by grade level.

More than 200 individual lesson plans on everything from toothpick worms to the principles of heredity. Biology is the main emphasis here, most appropriate for older students.

This site is a membership/pay site that provides lesson plans and activities for science, math, and reading. They are correlated to the National Science standards. Appropriate for a variety of school age children.

There are lesson plans and classroom activities made by teachers on many topics in the science field. Appropriate for mostly older students.
