Char's new townhouse in Fairfield
| I'll have more photos later, because on Wednesday I'm going up for a general inspection. I really like it. I wish I could have bought it in Redwood City but it would have been $200,000 more. I got it for $248,000. There was a bidding war on many of the places I looked at, including one I looked at near Dad. I was the first one to bid on it, and the seller came back wanting even more money. The seller is an Air Force woman. That's all I know about her. | |

This is the smaller bedroom. It looks out over the pool and hot tub. Those are mature poplar trees outside the window. |

Playground with slide just outside the house. I know, kid noise, but that's better than freeway noise. |

Pool, hot tub, and there's a weight room off to the left. |

Patio off the living room. The fence is redwood, 1 1/2 years old. |

One car covered garage. Of all the places I saw, very few offered a covered garage, let alone one off the kitchen. Its got a cute little window doesn't it? |

Galley style kitchen leads into the laundry room and then right in to the garage. |
