| July 23-27: Cross Camp This year's cross country camp was a bit different than it has been in the past. Not only was it two weeks earlier, there was also another team sharing the camp. The Berkley Bears were kind enough to invite the Chargers to share their camp after Crestwood lost their regular week. The week was a huge success despite some initial skepticism. The two teams worked together to push eachother to some amazing workouts. The Crestwood Chargers would like to thank Crestwood Cross Country alumni, former Berkley Head Coach and current Athletic Director Paul Yowchuang, current Head Coach Andrea Lafferty and all of the cross country runners at Berkley High School for allowing us to continue our yearly tradition of attending camp. We would also like to wish the Berkley Cross Country program the best of luck this upcoming season. |
