Arpana Trust is another IDRF beneficiary. “Arpana” means “offering”, as in sacrifice. Its parent organization is certainly a “Hindu” entity. But [4] classifies Aparna itself as "Hindu/Jain" and its activity as "religious." What does it actually do? Fighting AIDS, among other things.  IDRF is blamed by [4] for providing funds to an organization which fights AIDS – because – its parent organization has association with an organization set up by Hindus. By the critieria applied here, one of South India’s most famous medical college hospitals, the CMC, Vellore, is a Christian organization whose main activity is religious – and therefore, funding work there must be equivalent to funding sectarian hatred. AIDS work done by Aparna is documented at [[i]]. According to the “FOLIO”, published by “The Hindu” (despite the name, one of the most “politically-correct” and anti-government-on-principle newspapers in the world) recognizes Aparna to be a healthcare NGO [[ii]]. The Financial Express [[iii]] tells us that Aparna has even won a World Health Organization award. Aparna too is funded by AID, the organization associated with Ms. Arundhati Roy [[iv]] .
