Most wine tasting (and tours too) occurs at a winery. Usually attached to the winery itself, is a niche simply called the tasting room. The wineries that participate in wine events are accustom to the varied levels of experience in wine tasting. While going to a winery for a tasting can seem intimidating the personnel are soft-spoken, gentle, and genuinely want to educate you about their product – they are proud!
