Mad Cheddar
February 5th, 2005
Charlene read a recent article in the local newspaper about an up-and-coming creamery. Since we are burgeoning wine conniousseurs, she wanted to incorpoate cheese-tasting too. If we have wine-tasting and cheese tasting, we could do pairing. Thus our journey begins.

Our excursion was set-up as a one day road trip. I assumed it would be a Saturday and I was right. We hopped into Charlene’s Kia with a map and digital camera.

Writer’s notes: Quick tangent. I would to point an itnem of interest. About 2 weeks ago, I purchased Slang Flashcards (www.knockknock.biz) They are hilarious. Each card has a ‘street’ word. Thus far, I’ve encountered ‘mad’ and ‘cheddar’. ‘mad’ means a large quanity and ‘cheddar’ means money.

We have no cheddar with us, in our hands.
