Personality: Roccar is your typical teenage girl, a total flirt, but with one little difference, she’s all but devoted her life to trying to get the attentions of O’neil, a playboy rider, that she totally adores. O’neil is all she ever talks about and she’s always trying to get her hands on him or one of his possessions. And she’s certainly not quiet about following the poor guy around, she’s always in his face, trying to get him to smile or tip his hat or something! All over her room she has pictures she’s drawn of O’neil, of course they don’t do him justice, but he never stands still long enough for her to get a good drawing! She doesn’t have many friends since most people find it very annoying that she only ever talks about O’neil.

Appearance: Roccar stands at about 5’ 8” with blonde hair that reaches just past her shoulders. Her eyes are a very pretty yellow. Her shirts usually don’t cover much of her shoulders and her pants are always low rise. She’s never worn a tunic in her life and her clothes range in many different colours, though she quite likes pink. Sometimes you can see her carrying around a little toy kitten, but that’s quite rare since her dragon would much rather her not carry it around and look so childish.

History: Roccar was Hold born, but as not your average working Hold girl, but she also wasn’t exactly your flirty Hold girl either. Sure, most of the Hold boys were muscled and often went around with their shirts off, but that just wasn’t what Roccar wanted. When she got to the Weyr, though, she met O’neil! And her life started to revolve around him! She’s been following him for a couple of Turns now, with her dragon taking up the hobby of going after O’neil’s dragon.
