All rates are quated in US Dollar. Rates are subject to change or adjust from time to time if there is any fluctuation.

Enquiries and reservations for the service should be addressed to our office in Jakarta,regardless of where services to be provided or tour started and maximum details are required in order to fulfil reservation efficiently. Please provide arrival/Departure –dates, Flight detail,Number of person and alternative hotels. Confirmation will be made by e-mail or fax.

All booking must be pre-paid prior to arrival , at least 30 days in advance by Bank Draft or Telegraphic Transfer ( bank charges should be born by sender ) to Toraja Adventure US Dollar account :

A definition of child is a person under 12 years old. Our child rates are full adults for twin sharing. 75% for using extra bed and 50 % for not using bed. Baby is free but no services provided. Cost for adult occupying athird bed is the same as the twin-sharing price.

For FIT booking, cancellation of booking must be received by Toraja Adventure at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival,and for GROUP booking, at least 21 days prior to the date of arrival. Otherwise, 10 % cancellation fee of our tour price is applied.NO SHOW for FIT will be charged 25 % of total tour price. For GROUP booking, it will be charged 50 % of total tour price.

Refund will be made promply after deduction of cancellation charges or expenses incurred

Tour Fares Include :

Hotel accomodation, personal guide,mini-bus or personal jeep, entrance fees to tourist sites,and meals.

Note : Air conditioning not required in Toraja land due to cool climate

All air fares, airport taxes, excess baggage charge, personal expense and travel insurance.

Commission is not available but you may mark-up our confidental rate with written permission from us.

Toraja Adventure act only in the capacity of an agent for hotel,carrier,transportation and other contractors. Therefore Toraja Adventure can not be held responsible and will have disclaim responsibilities for any loss,damages,injuries,including death,delays,change of schedules, irregularities,etc,which are beyond our control and reserve the right to change the arrangement with or without prior notice if found in the best interest of all parties concerned.

One FOC for the Tour Leader based on the twin sharing for every 15 full paying participants. Complimentary rooms include food and beverages.
