| The dental clinic is land based away from the ship in a local buiding of some type. In Honduras, we were on the Naval Base. In Sierra Leone, it was a new birth center that had some spare rooms we could use. I am the only full time dentist, and other dentists come usually for 2 or 3 weeks, or up to several months. We have up to 4 dentists and 1 hygienist at a time. |
| We set up about 4-5 Portable dental chairs and perform fillings (on front and back teeth) and extractions free of charge for the local people. |

| At certain times, a portion of the team may travel to a remote village where there is little or no transportation to extract painful teeth in a setting such as these. |
