THOSE WHO GIVE IN SILENCE, ARE THE LOUDEST.
For eleven days my fellow Americans have heard the cries for help from hurricane Andrews victims. From the big firm who gave $100,00 worth of products,to the elderly man who gave up two cans he just received from government surplus. From the couple who took two of the volunteers shopping for needed food and paid the $580.bill.To the lady in an old beat up car who stopped by over twenty times with just a few things each time.
From the too few organizations who remembered others and gave great numbers of items needed. To the lady who apologized for having only one can of food to give.
I can not recall all those who gave, but I can recall that those whom have known what its like to be without always gave all they could! I want those silent Americans to know that they are by far THE LOUDEST! and make me who could only give but,my time THE PROUDEST!!
The other volunteers and I want to THANK YOU!! for all that was given BIG or SMALL!
