| Alumni Foundation |
| The Alumni Foundation is composed of alumni from Chaparral High School who live and work all over the world. As diverse a population as this, there is a common bond among this group. Alumni share a special experience from the years they spent at Chaparral High School. The alumni program is designed to help alumni keep in touch with each other and with the school while fostering the perpetuation and preservation of the history, values, and traditions of CHS. It also provides a network for the exchange of information for all students and alumni. The goal of this group is to help mainatain and promote OUR school. The socilaization is the benefit of the foundation, but not the purpose of it. We are there for the current students and faculty. We are there to help, while having fun doing so. |
| The Alumni Foundation website will feature upcoming events and summaries of past events. The Alumni Foundation may be new, but the spirit and pride we have in our school has been within us for years. |

| The next CHS Alumni Foundation Board Meeting will be held on August 8, 2002. It will be at Memphis Barbeque on Warm Springs Rd. This is a dinner meeting starting at 6:00 pm , food will be served at 6:15 pm (If there are more than 20 people there will be a fixed menu at $25 per person. Less than 20 people order off the regular menu.)** Alcohol will not be served with meal because representatives of Student Council will be in attendance ** Meeting will start at 7:15 pm. If you plan on attending, please email the Foundation by August 4, 2002 at [email protected]. |
