This Cadillac was our very first classic car.  We bought it for a thousand dollars from a kid.  It had a 500cid engine out of a 1970's Cadillac and a TH-400.  We put a LOT of time into this car, doing all of the body work before tryng to fix the real problems.  By the time we got into trying to solve some driveability issues we had exhausted what little funds we had for this car.
At the time we were restoring this car we lived in a small townhouse with an HOA.  Almost weekly we got tickets on the car warning us it would be towed, but since it was registered we just had to make sure it was moved every other day.  Eventually we got another car and were pretty much forced to move or pay heavy HOA fines once a week.  So we moved out and found a new home where we can work on cars all day and not have to worry about a tow truck showing up at two in the morning to steal our cars.
As you can see there is not very much left of the Cadillac.  It's sad, but sometimes it is best to put an old car out of its misery.  The parts off this Cadillac helped people restore their cars in about fifteen different states.
I think we were begging to be pulled over in this car.
