About Us
Chaos Kennels is a small town kennel that only breeds to better its breed.  Brittany became involved in the dog world through 4-H.  Her 4-H program taught her about the showmanship aspect of the AKC, and got her started with her first Junior Showmanship dog, an Irish Setter.  While involved with the Irish Setter, Brittany was introduced to Australian Cattle dogs, and fell in love with Rosie.  When Rosie came to live with Brittany, the two bonded more and more each day. Brittany's mom, Christy, then became interested in the sport of dogs.  Christy's dog Macy is a rescue from a local Humane Society, and is very active as an AKC ILP dog.  After a few years of performance events with Rosie, Brittany wanted to get back into the breed ring and needed a fresh dog for the Juniors ring.  At the Kokomo Kennel Club show in 2006, Brittany and Christy were introduced to Libertie Brittanys, and their only show puppy left in the litter, Reigny.  She came to live with them at 4 months of age and has been working toward her titles ever since.

Chaos Kennels is a training and service kennel.  Brittany provides training help whenever she can and works with owners and handlers who need assistance at conformation dog shows.  Christy helps train the local 4-H club kids and utilizes positive reinforcement training.  Both Christy and Brittany aid with correcting behavioral problems in dogs.

Brittany and Christy, currently offer a handleing service.  We are limited to ringside and weekend pickups currently, but do offer all breed handleing.  Brittany has many years of experience, and Christy has the ring knowledge.  We both are experienced in both showing and teaching of many dog venues, and always enjoy being a mentor to new exhibitors.  We encourage you to ask of us, weather you are wanting us to show your animal, or are wanting to learn yourself.
