Ah... Yes... Come sit down my young pupil, I have much to reveal to you on this, the day you take your first step down the road of your destiny. Now hear the story my gracious Emerald Mother has gifted me to remember and now needs be given to you...

In the dawn of the fourth age the Hengeyokai had a Dragon's Nest in the area that would in modern times come to be known as Hong Kong. Through the wars and the destruction caused by Kuei-jin, shifters, and humans alike the Nest was destroyed utterly, or so the Beast Courts thought...

The year is now 2005, what some Seers and Historians are calling the herald of the Sixth Age of the Great Wheel, and now the Nest everyone agreed had no hope of restoration has bloomed again. The Beast Courts are in an uproar to get this Dragon's Nest that sits on a major conflux of Dragon Lines shored-up and defended. They have sent their best and most trusted Gai'nan to start the re-building process, but now they need warriors of all shifters, tribes, types, and auspices to defend this most miraculous herald of a new age.

This is where you come in my young friend... The Emerald Mother has chosen you for great and auspicious deeds, and through Her wisdom She has sent you to me for guidance in the growth of your service to Her, and now I send you to them. These Lords of Emerald's Rebirth will need all the help they can get; I have seen it in the memories of those yet to come... Take what you need for survival and head to Hong Kong my young Hengeyokai, the Emerald Mother calls you to Her defense!

A long dormant Dragon's Nest becomes a place of power once again. The Beast Courts of Asia have determined that such a gift from the Emerald Mother should be claimed immediately and fortified against intrusion... before anyone else has a chance to do so.

Yet, no one thought that such a powerful Nest, now situated inside a major bastion of human decadence, would come back to such prominence. Resources are slim; the Gai'nan tasked to raise the Nest from obscurity are powerful, but they lack the manpower to effectively complete the task. On top of that, the Sixth Age looms ever closer, and the Courts' enemies lie on all sides, waiting for an exposed weakness to exploit.

This is when you come in. Are you prepared for the task the Emerald Mother has set before you? Only time will tell the true answer to that... let us hope you are prepared, for even though the Mother can be merciful, she does not readily give second chances for Her tasks.
