Dreaming of You
Were I to dream of you tonight, my love would open wide;
For on the sea of my desire, passions would collide.
Like thunderous, madcap waves, being thrust upon the sand,
Mind and body meld as one, ever at your command.
Were I to dream of you tonight, the heat would sear my soul;
Raging across my body, like a fire burning out of control.
The touch of your lips upon my skin, would take my breath away;
I would be lost in the clouds above, for ever and a day.
Were I to dream of you tonight, this thirst for you, innate;
Drinking you into me, from the depths of the ocean's gate.
The taste of you upon my lips, is the nectar of the gods,
So I will dream of you tonight, wagering against the odds.
