Hey! Oh, I went and saw Chantal at Convocation Hall in Toronto on Saturday and it was such an amazing show! This was my first time seeing her in concert and I was completely blown away, as expected. I didn't get any pictures unfortunately but, I took some mental ones so, they'll have to suffice. I wish I'd gotten some but, silly me I forgot my camera. And sadly she got a bad review for that night which I think is just insanity. But, some critics are just retarded.
Anyways, I've got a little bit of news for you today. First of all, Chantal has been voted Canada's "Most Alluring Female Musician" according to readers of Fashion Magazine. You can catch her on the cover of this month's issue. You can also see her on the "Winners Special" on Star TV, Friday May 2 at 9:00 p.m. ET. The May issue of Fashion Magazine is on newsstands now.
Next, I've got a bunch of new tour dates for all you U.S. fans out there to see and a couple in Canada as well, so check those out.

Hey! Chantal is banding together with artists such as David Bowie, Leonard Cohen, Avril Lavigne and Our Lady Peace to provide exclusive material and relevant tracks for the upcoming 'Peace Songs' album. Proceeds from the sale of 'Peace Songs' will help children affected by war through War Child Canada's international humanitarian projects, including humanitarian relief in Iraq. Our Chantal has been a strong supporter of War Child Canada for quite some time, and went in the studio to record her own version of Bob Marley's classic "Redemption Song" for this project. The double-album is scheduled to be released in Canada on Tuesday, April 15, 2003.
Also, if you're in the Ottawa region, Chantal will perfom at Rush The Vote on Parliament Hill on Sunday, April 6. She's scheduled for 3:40 p.m. ET. It's a concert encouraging young people to vote and it's a really good idea so go check it out! That's all for now!
