| The projects come from an open call to international conceptual artist. Each artist was asked how they felt about the current state of the world and the United States of America's current administrations role in international policy. What was interesting was that many of the artist had already began projects of their own or were in development around this subject from their own perspective...many of them having the same perspective but in different conceptual stratagies. The mediums of video, performance and public intervention are represented in the project addressing issues from propaganda to methoporic interaction with the President himself. All the projects are original works for Change of Policy and I truly appreciate the time and effort of each artist towards this project. In addition - in the case that George W. Bush is re-elected Change of Policy (COP) will become COP Projects, another orcglobe artist project employing international conceptual artist to address international political issues in reference to Bush administration tactics. odie rynell cash |
