CUSTOMER CONTRACT
1. Please be on time for all appointments. (The clock starts at the time of appointment -- unless I'm notified within the first 15 minutes of appt time)
2. Come to each session with clean, dry hair
3. PLEASE -- NO children. I recommend NO companions/friends, --the sessions are very long.
4. Please cancel appointments a day in advance or sooner, if at all possible.
If you comply with all the instructions regarding daily care, shampooing, etc., and advise me of any problems as soon as possible I will afree to:
Repair any locks that do not behave properly during the settling period at no additional charge
Repair damaged locks from your negligence (i.e., improper care, combing, brushing, unrecommended oils, shampoos, etc for a fee.
I have read, I understand and I will comply with the above guidelines and fees.
