Season One
The first set of adventures revolves around twelve magic talismans, each designed after the animals of the Chinese zodiac, and each possessing a different power. After accidentally uncovering one of the Rooster while exploring a Bavarian castle, Jackie is asked to assist Section 13 on its mission to stop the Dark Hand, an international crime syndicate that is searching for the talismans for whatever reason. At the same time a tomboy niece of Jackie's is apparently supposed to live with him so that he may teach Jade right from wrong - a task that seems to be proving rather difficult. As the danger escalates, Jackie and Jade have all sorts of dilemas while searching for these talismans and banishing the demon Shendu, who is leading the Dark Hand in their quest for the talismans.
Season Two
It is a bit harder to summerize the second season because there are two different storylines. The first plot once again involves the Chan Clan and the Dark Hand, but not the talismans. After unwittingly taking possesion of Valmont's body, Shendu sets out for the Pan Ku box which will allow him to free his demon brethren. Once the final door - the eigth door - is sealed, Jackie and the gang are looking forward to some R&R, but it seems like danger has a knack for following them for whatever reason. The rest of the season focus on the Chan Clan battling various villains situated in different places.
