| Special Iron Man Team Competition will include: Mushroom Circles L Hold above the Bar "Stick It" Contest Handstand Contest Each gym can compete as many gymnasts per division they wish. The top three scores from each competition will be kept. Points will be awarded to the top five gyms (i.e., 1st place 5 pts., 2nd place 4 pts, etc.) The gym with the highest number of points at the end of the competition wins. |
