the East. We will seek Wyoming solutions for Wyoming’s problems · Increase the quality and availability of early
childhood education · Provide vocational training for children and adults · Improve the quality and utility of the state
assessment system · Act in accordance with the belief that “Children are
Wyoming’s greatest resource” · Work with communities, schools and parents to make
