a Professional Development site in Rawlins, in which community members can
obtain a teaching degree locally · Collaborate with the Wyoming Professional Teaching
Standards Board, the University of Wyoming, and the Wyoming Educators
Association to develop a teacher mentor program · Recruit and hire talented administrators and
teachers in a challenging job market · Increase standardized test performance · Redesign district curriculum and assessments based
on state and national standards. These systems recognized nationally as
exemplary · Significantly increase student access to and use of
technology · Receive over $1 million annually in competitive
grants · Provide pre-school education · Work with home-school parents to share resources · Work with parents to establish a charter school |
