Chamness Background webpage is a planned, published, and designed by myself, Student at Norton University the college of IT, and work at Open Forum of Cambodia the assistant of coordinater\web desgner.
This sites are aimed at all visitor of Chamness site who want to know or make friend with me. The aim of sites is to aid the visitors consolidate what they have already know and to give the necessary knowledge required in their life.
The principles that inspired this sites derive to large extent from the insights of all Web Developement lecture at Norton University and all staff at Open Forum of Cambodia so i wish to record my enormous dept and gratitude to them (without, of course, implying any direct responsibility on their part).For their hard work, professionalism, and encouragement, I am hugely grateful to the editorial, and research, and in particularly, to my colleague, lecturer, for his technical design.
