All of the suspension bushings were replaced with polyurethane bushings. I chose to go with TMC products, since they carried the entire line of bushings for the car and made one-stop shopping a breeze.
Unlike most radius rod (strut rod) bushings sold by aftermarket suppliers, TMC's version of the bushing is in my mine the best solution for lowered cars. Whereas most look like hockey pucks, TMC's design is conical. This gives your suspension the rigidity required, while allowing it to flex through the range of travel without binding the rod. Most rod failures occur as a result of a bind in travel, causing the rod to snap and the shoulder.
