MY vacation house is a beautiful chalet in the second floor in one of the buildings in the 4th district of the resort. You can access it through gate number 4.

In spite of it's location in the 3rd row, it still has a unique panoramic view because the land in this area is much higher than the sea. Even the ground floor has a magnificent sea view.

My chalet is in the place of the red spot in the following diagram.

The surface area of my chalet is 86 m2 consisting of a reception area including an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the superb view of the wide sea, the green areas, and the swimming pool.

Above the chalet, I also have a beautiful roof which is the same size as the chalet (86m2). the roof has a big pergola with lights, built-in benches, BBQ made of brick, and a marble counter top with a sink. The roof is also overlooking the same fascinating view of the wide sea, the green areas, and the swimming pool.

The main bedroom has a big built in closet.

The open kitchen has built-in cabinets and marble counter top.

There are 3 brand new split-unit high wall air-conditions installed in the reception area and both bedrooms.
