---Sunnydale, California/October 31, 2017 A.D---
Throughout the ruins of what once was considered Sunnydale, is the thick stench of death. A grimacing red glow, highlights it's broken structures. This glow emanates from the now gaping doorway known as the HellMouth, which is now spewing out all manner of supernatural creatures. Despite it's name, the sun will never shine upon this place again, because of the dark acrid clouds that now blankets the earth. The air now burns the insides of anyone who is not a creature of the night. While all Life is devoured by Darkness & Despair, as hordes of the undead ravage at any vessel of humanity that lies hidden within it's cracks. Eventhough this future is bleak, there is one point of hope. A single beacon of light that can be seen from miles around, this light has managed to pierce the dark cloud sending an almost Holy stream of energy down upon this single spot, making it a place where no child of darkness dares to enter. Within this space is the last vestige for mankind, a sanctuary for humanity, a fortress of stone & steel protected by the blinding light that beams from the heavens, and as if it where a sick joke played by the gods themselves, a flaming object comes crashing down from the sky, and the light goes out. << Back Next >> |
