Project Plan
Often the client has the need for a technology solution,
but needs a project plan. The early
thinking and plan either as a GANTT Chart or as a Critical Path
document, should be done with professional input by a consultant
and the resources details of the solution properly considered.

Work Items Estimates
A consultant prepares with the Client a work items list
so the Client can prioritize which things to work on first and
which items are needed later. This form is also used by the
consultant to estimate
how long each work item will take,
since client managers often have to prepare reports of their
own to upper management detailing how long the consultant will
need to preform the programming for the work items.

Time Report
Since time is billed in billable hours, our consultants
prepare a time report
to the client manager detailing time spendt on various work
items that were estimated previously with the client.
Included is the previous week, current time spendt and
projected time spendt next week. Also the current week
is provided in a pie chart format for easy viewing.

Invoice
We typically send a paper copy of an
Invoice
to the client's HR or Accounting Dept. so that there is proper
paperwork records of the business transactions. Our invoices
are weekly by standard week with billing instructions, and the
way to fax a copy to us.

Confidentiality Agreement
Often a client project has propriatory, financial or other
sensitive private data that should be protected by a clear
agreement that the information is covered under a
confidentiality agreement.
This is very common in the industry and our consultants and our
corporation enter into such agreements regularly.

Support Agreement
Often a client project has passed the development stage
and the needs change to have the system supported. Sometimes
the original programmer can be made available on an on call
basis or maybe there just needs to be generic tech support.
A good support agreement can be signed
that will protect the investment and provide security and
peace of mind to the client for the whole life cycle of the
project. This is part of providing a "complete solution".
