Task 9. Develop a navigation system to handle increase vessel traffic.  

It is anticipated that the contractor will develop a navigation system for vessels under the control of the MTMC, to handle anticipated increase in vessel traffic, using United States Coast Guard approved procedures and recommendations for safe Caribbean Sea navigation.
