Task 2. Identify and properly mark, for weather and visibility conditions, hazards to navigation, on the surface, under the surface, and bordering land surface of the Caribbean Sea.   

It is anticipated that the contractor will mark safe channels for navigation for vessels under the control of the MTMC using United States Coast Guard approved procedures and recommendations for safe Caribbean Sea navigation.
