Task 12. Establish navigation safety for vessels, navigation equipment, shipping and  waterway safety, and traffic separation schemes.

It is anticipated that the contractor will mark safe channels for navigation for vessels under the control of the MTMC using United States Coast Guard approved procedures and recommendations for safe Caribbean Sea navigation.
