Dave Rueth was brilliant on the mound in his first appearance this season. Rueth allowed just 4 hits and one run while striking out 9.


Jay Jared blasted his first career homerun in the second game on Saturday. On the day, he drove in three runs and scored three times.


Chris Cork played his first game of the year and was 4-for-11 with an RBI double.



Patrick Cork went went 11-for-24 on the day with 2 homeruns, 5 RBI and 6 runs scored.


Jay Jared was a hard luck loser for the third time in his career. Jared allowed just 2 earned runs on 8 hits and struck out 9.


Josh Massey was the hero of game one with a big 2-run homerun. Massey scored all three of his team's runs in the opener.

Josh Massey was roughed up in the second game allowing 9 runs in 8 innings of work.



David Ulrich fouls off a pitch in the opener.


Tony Cork dazzled once again in the nightcap allowing just 4 hits in a complete game shutout.


Dave Rueth finished the day with 3 singles.
