The Hamites

The first inhabitants of North Africa, which was known as Lybia at that time, were of Cro-Magnon type. They were fair skinned and predominantly blond and redhead and about 6 to 7 feet. They later mixed with blacks migrating from Mesopotamia. Their language (Lybian) was the root of all Hamitic languages... Berber, Egyptian, Ethiopian, Chad, etc.
