Rufus Coonswater

Born a poor sharecropper in French Lick, Kentucky, Rufus Coonswater cut his teeth playing guitar at the infamous Jug with his band "Still-Heist". It was around this time Rufus hooked up with Chains, while "Still-Heist" was opening for the Tull. They stayed in touch over the years and have now came together to rock the world like the world was meant to be rocked. While primarily known as a guitar player, Rufus also takes many Harmonica Solos during the night, one of the perks of Chains' "Every man for himself" jam stage shows.

"Gimme a bottle of Comfort, a hit of the good stuff, and a purdy little blond....that's all I need to do my fans right, dig?" - Rufus Coonswater.
