Possum Johnson

Born the bastard son of a Cajun croc tamer and a peg legged mother (croc incident), Possum spent most of his days growing up pickin' at a banjo and runnin' from gators. With years of down-home pickin', it was obvious to his parents what he would be destined for. Starting out with a bluegrass quartet in the bayou of Tibideux,Louisiana, he quickly became a household name in the boon docks outside of Shreveport. After a tryout for the Ozark Mountain Daredevils, his name became synonoumous with hot licks and mighty chops. Meeting up with Chains in his short stint with Black Oak Arkansas, he was able to be connected to greatness. Now that Possum and Chains are playing together again, you can expect something as if it was sent straight from Valhalla.

"Shoot! Ain't nuthin' wrong with a 'lil green every now and then." Possum Johnson
