Hell-o Syners! Hopefully, 2008 has been good to you so far and continues to do so. Another year means another album and a fresh start. I have a few things to report this month so far regarding the Synphany. 2006's There's Something There's is in the final stages if remastering and repackaging for a 2008 Re-release. Also Feb. should see the release of the long awaited CS/AGP split ep entitled "Bastards". IT WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE ONLINE AT THIS POINT!!! In case, you haven't already noticed the site has been undergoing a few changes and should be more kick ass then ever.There's new things all over the site so check it out! Work on Silhouettes continues... NEW Chainsaw song scheduled to appear on the NEW Fuck the Mainstream Records comp. "Music From the Frontline" which will drop in early March. The song "The Other Self" featuring California recording artist TrueRIZEN from the upcoming CS/AGP cd has been posted on the CS Myspace page. I'll post more when there is more to post.

Here it is the last update for 2007, as the year draws to a close it's time to reveal a few things in store for the Synphany. Like the fact that 2008 will see not just one but two releases; the upcoming much anticapated "Silhouettes" and the CS/AGP split will finally see the light of day. The website will be undergoing some more changes as well. I finally got my hands on the shirts and they look great! Hopefully, the stickers will be in by Jan. This week I've had my hands full with Finals, but hopefully this weekend I'll get a chance to work on the latest track for "Silhouettes"... so far so good...Also, Chainsaw Synphany is now on a few more music sites; www.ilike.com & www.promotemysong.com so check 'em out when you get a chance. I finally was able to get my hands on a video camera, so sometime soon I should start filming the first video single from the upcoming "Silhouettes". Next week I will be busy doing a few photoshots for the upcoming promotions as well as for the albums & sites. I've also decided to leave "Won't wake up" up on the CS myspace page till 2008 officially comes. Fuck the Mainstream Records will be releasing a brand comp. "From the Frontline" of South Texas bands either in Jan or Feb that will feature a track from yours truely. Hey there Syners! Here's a little holiday update for ya. I know Thanksgving is right around the corner so I'll make this short. I have just posted one of the latest tracks "Won't wake up" from the upcoming "Silhouetes" on the Officail CS myspace page. Check it out! It's only going to be up till the end of Nov. then you won't be able to hear till the records complete. Two more songs are nearing completetion and should be ready in the next couple of weeks. If you know of any music sites that CS can upload tracks to then just sign the guestbook and leave the address in the comment box with whatever else you have to say. Hell-o & Welcome to the NEW Home of Chainsaw Synphany on the World Wide Wed! I am pleased to annoucne the launch of www.chainsawsnphany.com as well as the nearing completion of the latest CS installment "Silhouettes". The album is rounding out fine and should be finished within the next two months. Currently, I'm looking at a late Jan. earliy Feb release. The 1st single for the album "Asprin" is now up on the FTM Records myspace page, it's a little something to satisfy your thirst for new CS. The song will also be appearing on the new SPINALCORE RECORDS compilation due out in the near future. Merch is now available through the FTM RECORDS STORE, where you can find the latest CS T-shirt designs! B&W Stickers are currently in the work and will be availble shortly for $1 or free with your purchase of the upcoming album. Supplies are limited so they will be disributed on a first come first serve basis. Also, I am working on a split Ep with A Gene Punkabowee from Magnolia,Texas currently being called "the Bastards EP" which should be out shortly sometime after "Silhouettes". Though the site is now up, it is still undergoing construction so your patience is appreciated. Just keep checking back and you will the site take shape.One last thing before I forget, "Ignorace is Strength" is now out of print and is no longer available. For those of you who purchased it I appreciate your support and feel certain that if you enjoyed "Ignorance is Strength" that you will enjoy "Silhouettes".
