The offical Biography of Chainsaw Synphany

Flashback to 2001, to a young mind not bound by the stereotyped mainstream pop culture with a strong thirst for musical experimentation & creation and you have the birth of Chainsaw Symphony. Though, the name soon slightly changed, the core ideas are still the same. Shortly after conception the name changed to Chainsaw Symphany. Then, in 2002 the name became Chainsaw Synphany thanks to a typo made by friend & fellow collaborator Barragan in his thanks on his second album "Just beneath the Skin", which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The Synphany has since independently released four full-length albums,  amoungst countless demos and singles through South Texas based indy-label Fuck The Main$tream Records. Those albums are as follows "War is Peace" [2002], "Freedom is Slavery" [2003], "Ignorance is Strength" [2005], and "There's Something There" [2006]. Furthermore, collaboration has always been a key-element in CS's chemistry. Bringing in talent from all walks of life and music, getting friends & fellow musicians to experiment with their talents on countless tracks. Imagination comes first and musicianship second when it comes to Chainsaw Synphany. This formula adds to the ever so essecential spice of  variety necessary to present the true nature of this musical machine. As for what inspires the Synphany a few things immediately come to mind; art, music, literature, unexplainable marvels, the controversial mysteries of the soul, as well as that age old longing to question everything that is, was, or could be, and of course as with any muse...the lovely ladies of the Synphany who have been kind enough to share their beds, bodies and minds with me, as well as whatever else transpires in the course of this life ... All these things & more set the stage for  CHAINSAW SYNPHANY...
Words to summerize what music says...
