There are several different types of Hauberks to choose from. We carry
two different sizes of rings 5/16th inch diameter and 1/2 inch diameter.
The 5/16th inch are generally 17 gauge galvanized steel and the 1/2 inch
are 14 gauge galvanized steel.

Options
With the following options Option#a will always be the 1/2 inch rings
and Option#b will always be the 5/16ths inch rings
Option 1: The simple vest: This is by far the simplest and lightest style
of shirt possible. It is more or less a tank-top made of steel rings. These
are excellent for going to Raves and Industrial clubs.
Option 2: Regular shirt: This design is slightly larger than the vest and
weighs a little more. This design resembles a simple T-shirt made of steel
rings. Excellent for SCA events.
Option 3: Long Sleeve Shirt: This design is simply the T-shirt design with
long sleeves. This is a considerably heavier design adding anywhere between
33% and 50% more weight.
Option 4: Full Hauberk: This is by far the heaviest design possible. While
a normal shirt ends near the waist line the full hauberk goes all the way
down to the knees. Full hauberks automatically come with long sleeves. A
sturdy leather belt is recommended for style with this design.
Pricing
Due to the extra labor and time involved 5/16ths inch rings will always
be slightly more expensive.

with a butt joint. This variety of joint can be penetrated by blades if
