For compound purposes, a “Guest”
is one who accompanies a member and camps with the Clan. A “Visitor” is
one who enters the compound on a temporary basis. Guests and visitors must
remember this is our home.

If a clan member wishes to invite
a guest or visitor, clearance must be obtained first through the DarkLord
- no exceptions. Visitors and guests musst be on the gate list, which will
be verified and checked. All visitors and guests will sign a Statement
of Rules and Guidelines. There will be no admittance if the visitor appears
to be be under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. The gate will be
attended or monitored at all times.

Visitors will be accompanied
while in the compound by the person who invited them, bearing in mind this
is not to be a public “playground”. Those inviting visitors will
be wholly responsible for their conduct and behavior. Any reported
inappropriate conduct or behavior will result in expulsion from the compound.
Re-entrance will be at the discretion of the DarkLord.

The Chirureonate, Event Stewards,
or Security will be allowed into the compound unconditionally, but must
be accompanied by a clan member - Dominant or Master if one is present.
The DarkLord will be notified immediately, regardless of his location,
as to any altercations with Event Stewards or Security, or in case of any
injuries requiring the attention of the Chirurgeonate.

The legal drinking age will
be enforced. No one under 18 will be allowed, except during “Family Visitation
Hours”, to be determined at each event for a two-hour period during the
time span from noon to 5:00pm.

Open scening will be permissible
in the compound, with the understanding it is done in a safe, sane, and
consensual manner. Scening will not be allowed if participants appear to
be under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. Noise and loudness must
be kept to a minimum to avoid undue attention. If there is an issue with
loud vocalizations during scening, an appropriate sound restraint must
be used. Open Scening and nudity will not be allowed during “Family
Visiting Hours”.

It cannot be assumed that submissives
are there to serve everybody. Respect must be given to all. To disrespect
a submissive is to disrespect his/her Dominant.

Submissives will show proper
respect at all times to Dominants and visitors. Visitors and submissives
will address all Dominants as “Sir” or “Ma'am”. If one is unsure
of position, use the proper address. “Master” and “Mistress” is generally
reserved for one's own Dominant.

Submissive's entrances to the
compound and presentation whilst here will be decided solely at the discretion
of their Dominant. There is no overall “Compound Rule” regarding this.

In the compound, submissives
may be tethered or otherwise restrained, and their manner and amount of
dress is at their Dominant's discretion. Outside of the compound appropriate
period dress is required, and leashes and other overt restraints are discouraged
so as to not draw undue attention.

Unless it is a safety issue,
submissives will report any reported inappropriate conduct or behavior
by members, guests, or visitors, to their Dominant, who will in turn report
it to the DarkLord if not easily remedied. In case of a safety issue or
in the absence of their Dominant, reports will be made directly to (1)
the DarkLord or (2) any other Dominant present. The DarkLord will be kept
appraised of all such issues.
