| Who is the Principal of Chadwell? Mrs. Kim Fowler Education: BS Degree Elementary Education Masters Degree: School Administration Ed. Specialist: Guidance and Counseling Experience: Mrs. Fowler has been the principal of Chadwell School for 5 years. She previously served for two years as Assistant Principal at Dodson Elementary School and as a Program Assistant at Buena Vista. She taught 7 years in Danville, IL in grades 6-12 and moved to Nashville in 1988. In Nashville she taught at Lockeland Middle School, Hattie Cotton and Buena Vista. Philosophy: Teaching is the only profession that lives forever. What I have taught is passed to another person and continues to grow and live through that person's perspective. The knowledge lives forever.. It is my job to make sure that each child in my school has the greatest opportunity to develop to their highest potential. It is our job to find the best way for that to happen. We must do what it takes for each child to be a competent learner.
