Nobody likes haters at their site. So here is a way to block them! You must have a domain for this to work
Open a document in Notepad and paste this code into it
<![CDATA[deny from <B>Insert IP address here</b>]]>
Where it says Insert IP address here you have to actually put in the persons IP address.
Save this document as htaccess.txt.
Now go to your FTP and upload this file, then rename the file to .htaccess
And your done :)
