For sparkly eyes eat bananas or spinach. For glowing skin eat grapes and cabbage. For an energy boost eat broccoli and carrots. To keep your hair shiny eat lots of protein and get your essential vitamins and minerals from fresh fruit and veg!


LOVE YOURSELF
Your old attitude: I wish I had smaller bum/longer legs/more curves

When you feel good about yourself you instantly walk taller and smile more. Next time your critisizing yourself, STOP! Instead, list your good points. These are the things that make yourself unique so you should be proud of them!
