Return Policy
At CJ's Plasmas our return policy consists of a mandatory state of return. All returned items must be returned within 30 days in new condition. Items that have been scratched or in some way broken will not be subject to return. To return the items you must pay return shipping costs and you can ship you item back to 453 Idilly Rd. Hunchy, North Carolina 25466. If you receive a defective device you may return the item with all shipping costs paid by us and we will send you a new item to replace it at no charge. All of our items hold a one year warranty that guarantees the working satisfaction of your product.
