At least 1 million homes maybe even as many as 3 million homes are enjoying free satellite TV including premium channels such as HBO and Showtime. Some people are even enjoying all sport broadcasts and pay-per view channels for free too. Satellite TV piracy is growing fast and within a few more years more people will be stealing atellite TV than cable TV. Satellite companies and the channels, movie studios and sports franchises that supply programming lose over $1 billion a year in uncollected revenue from piracy.
