     I have the learning objectives for each section listed above the activities and topics proposed for that section.

Objectives
1.  The students should be able to use a word processor to type and save all research information to disc.
2.  The students should be able to write a nine to fifteen-page grammatically correct research paper on any personality or thing that is found on the cover of The Beatle's Sgt. Pepper Album Cover.
3.  The students should be able to use the Web to gather resources and correctly site the references.
4.  The students should be able to submit their information online so that it can be used in designing a Web site that will eventually contain information detailing all of the personalities and things found on the cover of The Beatle's Sgt. Pepper Album Cover.

Assignment #1  Go to the following Web site that identifies all of the personalities on The Beatle's Sgt. Pepper Album Cover.  Then select ANY (Your choice) one personality or thing to be the subject of your research paper.

Assignment #2 for everyone!  Go to one of the following URL's and learn how to make your own Website.  Please read all of the information! 
Netscape: Free Web sites and instructions. Click on the following URL.  http://home.netscape.com/
Go to Top Picks and click on get a Web site.  Sign up for a free Web site if you haven't already. Then go to Netscape Composer. Then go to Netscape Composer and cut and paste your Word Processed document into a new document in Composer.

Homestead:  Free Websites!  Another site with easy to make Web sites. http://www.homestead.com
Cut and paste your Word Processed document into a new page at your Web site.
Save the file as .html. 

Assignment #2 Browse the Net and find five or more ANY (Your choice) resources that you can use in your research paper about a personality you chose on The Beatles' Sgt. Pepper album cover.  Bookmark all of the resources that you found.  Write a list of your references.  You may cite the resources using either the MLA or APA Style guidelines.  Be sure to list the citation style that you chose.

Assignment #3 After you have completed your research paper draft please submit it.  It will then be graded and corrected.  You will receive personal E-mail from your instructor concerning your paper.  Please make all necessary changes before you re-submit your paper. 
Then resubmit your research paper to the teacher.  E-mail the instructor your URL.
