| ACCOUTREMENTS |
| A) Level Lanyard Best cadet from the week before. Cadets will go to admin and get the lanyard to wear for the day. |
| B) Web belt Worn by the following personnel positions in the cadet corps. All the Section Leaders and up. |
| D) Ascot Be a sergeant and up. |
| C) Whites Gloves Platoon Commanders and up during CO's and special parades |
| E) Regimental Lanyard This symbolise the work, effort and dedication. The cadet has put forth to become an instructor. 1) Cadet mus have passed NSCE; 2) Cadet must have a Master Cadet status. |
| F) Forage Cap The forage cap represents the excellence of one's performance. It display of your commitment to the job, and your courage to take on whole-heartedly the responsabilities set before you. 1) At least a Warrant Officer 2) Hold a position of Platoon Commander or equivalent, and higher; 3) Displays excellence in one's performance. |
| Accoutrements is based on merit.The Officers and the RSM decide who earned what. |
| Sash The sash worn by NCO's used to be white in color. During the fierce battles many of the men on the front line became wounded. Responsible for their men, the senior NCO's attended to their immediate needs. While using their white sash to care for and bind their men's wounds it became stained with blood. The present cimson-red color of the sash represents the blood of injuried soldiers, who were taken care by their senior NCO's in the battlefield. |
