THE LEAKING ROOF

The pouring rain just stopped. Rick's house was collapsed.  Rick was very sad to find that all his things were drenched.  His friend Ronald came and enquired and suggested "you should have repaired the roof before it collapsed". Rick said, "I too taught like that.  But when there is no rain there is no need to repair. When there is rain it leaks, then it is not possible to repair.  Finally today it collapsed. So Rick lost all his property.  Every thing drenched in water and became useless.

 

We too will have the same concept about our sins. "Someday I will stop smoking", "one day I will quit drinking" But before that day comes the roof will collapse.

 

Jesus said "Who so ever heareth these saying of mine, and doeth them; I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock.  Mat 7:24.

 

 Remember now thy creator while the evil days come not.  Ecc 12:1.
