We Here at the X-factor's Guild (Also known as the Blumaroo and Gelert Guild) hope to provide information that will help you in your everyday neopian life. To make your life....Simplified!!!

Guild Rules
We would like a guild that is both fun and benefitial to everyone. As much as we don't won't to restrict any personal freedoms of our guild, rules must be established in order to maintain order......in short failure to follow and obey these simple rule will result as follows:

1st Offense:	A simple warning from council.
2nd Offense:	Ban from all guild activities for one week.
3rd Offense:	Complete suspension from this guild.

Rule #1	NO SPAMMING!!!! Spam: Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages/Mail. For this reason, any and all post in guild message board and forum must contain at least 3 lines of message. If any of the council doesn't see this, it will be deleted without question. Only on the forum is this rule constrained where as only questions will be allowed under 3 lines. Also, along with the message boards, swearing is prohibited on the guild forum. Most of the more common words are censored out, but if we see any new and unique ways of swearing, they will also be censored out.
Rule #2	NO SCAMMING!!! This guild IS NOT a place that accepts scamming so willingly. If you caught scamming just one time at any point during your membership to our guild (Both in and out of the guild area), you will be banned the first time around, and further more, reported to the neopets staff.
Rule #3	DON'T MESS WITH THE COUNCIL!!! A simple rule to bare in mine. No member of this council will try to scam you in any way. Please don't pressure the council members. We're busy enough trying to make an overall good place for every neopian, so please keep it cool with the comments and accusation.
Rule #4	DON'T ADVERTISE OTHER GUILDS!!! Neopets have a personal chatroom for you to do this, please use it and not our forums or message board.
